Q: When will my order ship?
Your order usually ships out within 2-3 business days after your initial purchase. You will receive an email confirmation from us once it has been shipped.
Q: What shipping service does Skinpee.com use?
We ship our products via USPS First Class Mail.
Q: Why do I have to indicate whether I am on AT&T or Verizon? I thought the iPhone 4s were the same?
The only differences between the two are the sides. The AT&T iPhone 4 has a SIM card slot and three thin, black separations on the side, whereas the Verizon iPhone 4 has no SIM card and 4 antenna separations. Additionally, the volume/ringer buttons are off by millimeters between the two phones.
Q: So, the fronts and backs of all iPhone 4s are the same?
Yes, they are all the same.
Q: What exactly is a "skin"?
A device skin is a layer of film you place on the device to serve the purpose of protecting the device from scratches, while at the same time, changing the look of your device, as well.
Q: Can I still use a sleeve or a hard, protective case with the skin on?
Yes, you absolutely can!
Q: What are your skins made of?
The material of our skins range anywhere from regular vinyl to industrial-standard laminates.
Q: What's this clear tape that came on top of some of my skins?
That is transfer tape. Makes installation a lot easier. Line up the actual skin's edges with your device, press down on the skin to stick to the device, then pull transfer tape off slowly.
Q: If I have a skin from you already, can I buy another one and put that on, as well?
Yes, you can. Taking off the original skin you bought from us will leave no adhesive residue, making the new one easy and clean to put on.
Q: Can I reuse the skin I took off?
You be the judge. If the skin you took off was not stretched and it still has good adhesive qualities, by all means, reuse them.
